John Waters Barn, North Shore | 1875

This on-going work, under Linnell Restorations LLC, involves the stabilization and restoration of the floor system of the John Waters barn. The summer beam, and much of the sills, failed due to powder post beetle damage. The work involved is shoring and jacking up the building, cutting & installing a new floor system (in-kind).
